Click on Contact Us in the main menu, fill out the contact form and send it to us. If the form is sent to us between 9 am and 9 pm (UK time), we will get back to you within one hour. If the form is sent outside these hours, we will get back to you by 10 am of the next work period. We work a seven day week so you can contact us any day of the week.

We take payments by bank transfer, credit card and international wire transfer. If a client has requested a sample edit, we would not expect payment until the client has approved the sample edit. We accept payment in instalments for proofreading/copyediting theses, dissertations and manuscripts intended for publication. For details of how you can pay by instalments see here.

All our proofreaders have a minimum of a degree in their subject of expertise from a leading UK university, and many of them work in academia. Our full time proofreading staff have certificates of membership of the UK's Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
